Getting a real estate website onto the first page of a major search engine and then staying there is a commitment.
For every site that’s reached the first page, there are 1,000′s of sites that want to be there too. They are working hard to be there, and you so should you. In realty the websites that appear on the first page do so for a reason, they were designed to do that.
Building a website without a strategy looks rather similar to the situation below.
Real Estate SEO
We often get calls from real estate agents saying that their website isn’t showing up at search engines, and can we help with SEO. In our conversations with them, it’s revealed that SEO was only really discussed when their existing website was created!
“SEO isn’t the bit you do at the end, when you don’t have the results you were expecting…”At limeyboy SEO is woven into the fabric of your real estate website from day one. Our websites are designed to show up online, we do this by paying close attention to every element to ensure that it is most accessible to search engines.

Real Estate Website Strategy
Search has become increasingly competitive. There are more and more agents online, all vying for the same business. Most agents have some kind of web presence, however they vary greatly in effectiveness.
The main reason why real estate agents websites are not showing up in search is that they were simply no designed to do so. If you didn’t spend at least 50% of your time discussing search engines with your developer or real estate web design company you are now suffering the consequences of that.
Sites that do show up in search are designed to do so. They too won’t show up for every possible term, however they should show up for the key terms they were designed to show up for. We say, “it’s better to show up well for something, rather than try to show up for everything and get nowhere!”
