We were asked to build a responsive website for a newly formed team comprising two successful, established real estate agents.
As well as many active listings the team also have homes that are coming on soon. They asked us to build an area that they could add these homes autononously as needed.
The team also wanted to offer greater functionality to visitors who signed up for VIP serices such as sold data information.
What better way to to illustrate the sheer volume of career transactions of two successful, experienced real estate professionals then adding them to an interactive list.
Their market area is comprised mostly of residential communities. Here we gave each a place with a link to the sold data in that community.
Data goes a long way to explain their real estate market. At the start of each month we create a summary of the closed sales for the prior month. We then post this summary across their social networks illustrating their grip on the market.
Each month we create a downloadable market data report. This can be shared via a newsletter, via social networks and be brought to open houses. When you are an expert we give you the collateral to back that up.
